simply.compare is operated by RevUp Online Ltd, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). by using this site you agree to these terms.

1. what this site is

simply.compare is a free-to-use comparison service. we gather deal information from providers and affiliates and present it to help you find a good deal. we are not a provider of broadband, mobile, energy, eSIM, streaming, or TV services - we only compare them.

we earn a commission when you click through to a provider and take out a product ("affiliate commission"). this does not affect the price you pay. it does not buy a provider a top spot - deals are ranked on merit. see how we rank for the full explanation.

2. accuracy of information

we update deal data every day and flag when it was last refreshed. however, prices, availability, and terms can change between our update and your click. always confirm the final price and terms on the provider's own site before committing to anything.

we do our best to keep the data accurate but make no warranty as to its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. use the comparisons as a starting point, not a substitute for your own due diligence.

3. no financial or professional advice

nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or any other regulated advice. energy tariff comparisons are illustrative based on typical or postcode-derived usage; actual bills depend on your consumption and contract terms.

4. affiliate links and commercial relationships

some deals are marked "sponsored" - this means the provider has a commercial arrangement with us that can influence its position relative to other sponsored deals (but not relative to non-sponsored deals, which are ranked purely on merit). all commercial relationships are disclosed in our ranking methodology.
